When will my order ship?
FliteGrid sensors are currently planned to ship around the end of Q2 2026. We will periodically send update emails to customers throughout the fulfillment process.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund to the original payment method up until shipment. Any bonus promotional reward points are forfeited in full upon cancellation, and will not be paid out. Please email [email protected] with your order number to request cancellation.
What is your refunds policy?
Full refunds will be issued to the original payment method for any orders cancelled prior to shipment. Orders paid in cryptocurrency will be refunded based on the amount of crypto paid (e.g., if 1 ETH was paid, 1 ETH will be refunded).
For orders returned within 30 days of delivery, refunds will have shipping costs and a $50 restocking fee deducted. Refunds will be processed only after receipt of the return, and inspection of the returned product to ensure it is eligible for refund. Please refer to our warranty policy (including any exclusions & limitations) to confirm the criteria.
Refunds are only applicable for products purchased directly from the FliteGrid website (https://www.flitegrid.io). There is no payout or refund for any bonus promotional reward points earned during the preorder phase.
What is your returns policy?
Orders may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. Return requests must be emailed to [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return process. Except in cases of confirmed product defects, customers will be responsible for any return shipping costs, a restocking fee of $50, and any taxes or duties (if applicable).
Any bonus promotional reward points are forfeited in full upon product return, and will not be paid out.

What is your warranty policy (including any exclusions & limitations)?
Our FliteGrid sensors are guaranteed against manufacturing defects one (1) year from the original date of delivery. Our refund and warranty policies do not cover any damage, defect, or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modification or repair, tampering, or any use inconsistent with the Product’s intended purpose. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, environmental factors, or operation beyond the Product’s specified limits is also excluded. No refund or warranty applies to Products that have been altered, modified, or used with non-approved components or accessories. Our warranty policy does not apply to any sensors purchased secondhand, used, or from auction/resale sites.
How do I earn reward points?
Participate by purchasing a FliteGrid sensor. During our preorder phase only, bonus reward points will be awarded on a tiered basis for each unit purchased.
Tier 1: First 1,000 units will earn 10k bonus Reward Points Tier 2: Next 3,000 units will earn 5k bonus Reward Points Tier 3: Next 6,000 units will earn 1k bonus Reward Points

After you receive your FliteGrid sensor, earn reward points while your sensor provides validated coverage. Rewards scale with airspace importance: sensors in high-value areas (airports, critical infrastructure, stadiums, borders, etc.) receive higher bonuses.
Any bonus reward points earned during the preorder phase are forfeited in full upon any cancellations and/or returns.
Can I participate if I’m outside of the US?
Unfortunately we are currently only selling FliteGrid sensors that will be set up within the domestic US at this time. Please do not purchase if you intend to set up your sensor outside of the US as it will not work, and your order will be subject to our standard returns policy and fees. We are not able to ship internationally, even if the sensors will be set up within the US, and any orders with international shipping addresses will be cancelled.
