## Order a FliteGrid Sensor

FliteGrid sensors are available for preorder now at [flitegrid.io](https://flitegrid.io/products/flitegrid-node).

**Price:** $949 per sensor

**Ship date:** Q3 2026

**Availability:** US only at launch (international expansion planned for 2027)

## What's Included

<figure><img src="/files/m2zmpKl7NDu2AHzjxVpu" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Each FliteGrid sensor order includes:

* FliteGrid sensor unit with multi-protocol Remote ID receiver
* PoE (Power over Ethernet) power supply and cable
* Mounting hardware and brackets
* Quick start guide

The sensor connects to your network via a single PoE cable that provides both power and internet connectivity. No separate power adapter is needed.

## Preorder Bonuses

Early participants receive bonus reward points during the preorder phase. Points are awarded on a tiered basis based on order position:

| Tier   | Units             | Bonus Reward Points    |
| ------ | ----------------- | ---------------------- |
| Tier 1 | First 1,000 units | 10,000 points per unit |
| Tier 2 | Next 3,000 units  | 5,000 points per unit  |
| Tier 3 | Next 6,000 units  | 1,000 points per unit  |

Bonuses are awarded in the order units were purchased. These reward points will qualify for $FLITE token distribution at token launch (expected 2027).

Bonus reward points are forfeited in full upon cancellation or return.

For more on the reward structure, see [Preorder Bonuses](/rewards-and-token/preorder-bonuses.md) and [How Rewards Work](/rewards-and-token/how-rewards-work.md).

## Requirements

To operate a FliteGrid sensor, you need:

* **Location in the US** — The network is US-only at launch. Do not purchase if you plan to deploy outside the US.
* **Clear sky view** — The sensor needs line-of-sight to the sky. Rooftops, balconies, and elevated outdoor spaces work best.
* **Internet connection** — A wired Ethernet connection (the sensor uses PoE).
* **Power** — Delivered via the PoE cable, so no separate power outlet is needed at the sensor location (just at the PoE injector/router).

No technical expertise is required for setup.

## Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

**Cancellation:** Orders can be cancelled for a full refund up until shipment. Email <support@flitegrid.io> with your order number.

**Returns:** Orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee and return shipping costs apply. Email <support@flitegrid.io> within 30 days of delivery.

**Refunds:** Full refund (minus restocking fee and shipping for returns) to the original payment method. Crypto payments are refunded in US dollar value at time of payment. Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of returned product.

**Bonus points:** Any bonus promotional reward points are forfeited in full upon cancellation or return.

Refunds and returns apply only to products purchased directly from [flitegrid.io](https://www.flitegrid.io).
